We offer a variety of fully funded courses that are in place to support those who are unemployed to enhance their skills and qualifications that will increase their chances of finding employment*.

Here is a list of courses we offer:

  • Employability level 1
  • Employability with customer service level 1
  • Warehousing and storage level
  • Team leading level 2
  • Sector based work academy – Adult social care

Our sector-based work academy courses are in place for those who wish to work in adult social care. You gain a recognised City and Guilds level 1 qualification in preparing to work in adult social care and on completion of the course you will have the opportunity to have a guaranteed interview with Athena care homes.    

We offer these courses in various areas across Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk. Due to Covid-19 our AEB courses are all being delivered remotely during this difficult time so you will need accesses to a laptop or tablet to take part in the course.

*You must be 19 or over, unemployed and currently on benefits and you cannot have completed a previous same level qualification.

We know this time is difficult for many people and businesses. Our Skills Support for the Workforce (SSW) programme supports companies of any size based in Norfolk and Suffolk, as well as employees from the age of 16.
