If you are looking for an Apprentice to join your workforce, through the help of the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS), we can provide a 'Matching Service' to employers and candidates through our extensive and ever growing network.

We will engage with you and gather information about your vacancy before matching our candidates to your requirements and sending them for an interview.
    
We screen all our candidates before we send them to you, to assess how suitable they are for the role. If the candidate is successful in the interview and you decide to take them on, we will then deliver all the Apprenticeship training in the workplace.

Help with training
If you are interested in training some of your existing staff, Steadfast Training can identify your training needs. We will then train your staff to a high standard and help provide you with the most suitable funding.
