Business & Administration Level 2 and 3
A popular qualification with varied and practical content, to bring your team’s performance up to that next level. Designed for employees who may be dealing with visitors, customer relations, diary management systems, organising and co-ordinating events, filing, using telephone and IT systems and many other administrative responsibilities. An excellent all round business qualification.
Customer Service Level 2 and 3
All businesses thrives on high quality service and communication with customers. Customer Service Level 2 and 3 have been designed for employees who deal with customers within their daily job role. This can range from working in an office to working in a public house. Covering a variety of themes, this award is aimed at providing customers with a positive impression of yourself and your organisation, processing customer service information, making customer service personal, and dealing with customers face to face and on the telephone.
IT User 2 and 3
Today, having efficient IT skills can make all the difference in the effectiveness of anybusiness. These qualifications are designed for employees who use IT on a daily basis as part of their normal job role; the awards cover a variety of IT skills.
Warehousing & Storage Level 2
This qualification is designed for employees who work within a warehousing environment.The award covers Health and Safety, receiving and dispatching goods, picking stock, maintaining the quality of goods in storage and a variety of other work related options. Steadfast Training can also offer you group and one to one Forklift Driving qualifications in all categories.
Health & Social Care Level 2 and 3
These qualifications have been developed for employees who work within the Health and Social Care sector including domiciliary care workers, agency workers, health staff and residential care staff. The award matches learner competence to the national minimum standard and aims to further knowledge and understanding of the legislative policy and procedure within the sector.
Team Leading Level 2
This popular qualification is designed for employees who lead and motivate a team to achieve agreed targets, with limited authority for deploying resources. The award covers developing productive working relationships, encouraging innovation, allocating and checking work, providing learning opportunities on the team and supporting customer service improvements.
Management Levels 3 and 5
Aimed at first line managers through to senior managers, these awards cover a variety of management skills, some of which include: encouraging innovation, planning and implementing change, recruitment and selection, managing budgets, projects, finance, customer satisfaction, promoting equality and diversity and developing and reviewing management frameworks.
Food Manufacturing Level 2
These qualifications are designed for employees who are working in a range of food operation roles, typically in automated production/processing companies. They offer your staff the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge required to prove their competence at work.
Skills for Life level 1 and 2
Skills for Life qualifications are designed to help your employees develop the skills they use in everyday life, such as reading, writing and maths. They are based on national standards so as an employer you can see the capabilities of your employees. We deliver Skills for Life Certificates in Literacy and Numeracy.
