Job Seekers

Helping you improve your employability

Are you currently unemployed?

Steadfast Training Ltd work in conjunction with the DWP Jobcentre’s across the East Midlands to provide access to training programmes, that can help those who are seeking employment, acquire the skills that could help them to gain employment.

As well as a range of ‘standalone’ courses, such as;

  • Warehouse & Storage
  • Health & Social Care
  • Information Communication
  • Technology
  • Business Administration
  • Retail

These courses will enable the learner to apply for a wide spectrum of job roles, we also deliver ‘Sector Based Work Academies’ which are delivered with a specific job role in mind and usually include a guaranteed interview, with an employer, with the prospect of a job offer being made.

All our courses are delivered in a professional yet empathetic way, so that nobody feels excluded or uncomfortable. Our tutors will endeavour to ensure that everybody gets involved in the course regardless of ability and leaves feeling more confident and motivated.

During your course you will take part in group and individual activities and participate in discussions which will help you to complete your workbook. Your tutor will support you along the way. Your completed workbook will be used as evidence to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of the course taken and allow you to achieve the qualification. All our courses deliver a recognised QCF qualification which can form part of a higher level qualification should you wish to progress with further training once you are in employment.
